Practicums:
Observations Bismarck State College: 30 hours in class observation. McIntosh High School-McIntosh, SD 57641 Mrs. Narcel Clark 7th-8th Science I graded papers, cleaned up after labs, and helped answer student questions. Practicum I: Roosevelt Public School- Carson, ND 58529 Mrs. Summer Steinmetz 7th-8th math and Science Mrs. Summer Steinmetz I taught one interdisciplinary lesson on density, and another lesson on solids, liquid, and gases. I used this time to become familiar with the local school district. Practicum II: Flasher High School-Flasher, ND 58535 Mrs. Tana Schafer 7th-12th Science During this practicum I taught four total lessons, one lesson I taught cellular organelles and followed this lesson with a performance assessment of having the students actually make a cell model. |
